How do I track my order?

What should I do when the product is incomplete or damaged?


> If the package arrived already damaged or defected, please take photos and email us immediately to maveofficia.help@gmail.com with brief descriptions. Please notice that, if the package is in transit with normal logistics update, and still in delivery time of the order, you can open a dispute only after delivery time is over (there is 15 days protection time for you to open dispute after delivery time is out).


* Please be aware that simply not liking the product cannot be a reason to apply for a refund or return request.



How long does shipping take?


> Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. We try our best to deliver products as fast as possible.  


What is the estimated delivery time?


> Once your order is received, depending on your region, estimated delivery time is between 4 to 13 business days.  Please consider any holidays and weather conditions that might impact delivery times.


What methods of payment do you accept?

How do I cancel an order? 

> Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed.  Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at maveofficial.help@gmail.com  if you are able to cancel within the given time frame.  We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.
